This form reaches the front desk directly. Somebody replies within one working day with a time, or with a question if what you have described sounds like a different session from the one you picked.

The more specific this is, the better prepared the bay will be before you arrive.

We use these details to arrange your appointment and nothing else. No mailing list, no sharing with component makers.

Before the Day

  • Bring every club, including the ones you never use
  • Wear your golf shoes — posture on the mat matters
  • Warm up beforehand or arrive fifteen minutes early
  • Bring any spec sheet from a previous fitting anywhere
  • Allow ten minutes past the slot for the card and the invoice

If Plans Change

  • Call the desk with as much notice as you can manage
  • Full bag deposits roll to a new date with 24 hours notice
  • Late arrivals shorten the slot rather than pushing the next one

Would You Rather Just Call

Completely reasonable. The desk is on (702) 555-0184 during bay hours, and a booking usually takes about three minutes on the phone. If the line rings out we are in a session and will return the call the same day.
